Each plot is chosen for what makes it unique: its soil, its exposure, its history. We pair each one with the grape variety best suited to express itself there, revealing the potential of both the place and the vine.

We work with precision, mainly by hand, preserving the soils and everything that lives in them. The same care continues in the cellar: guiding the wine with as little intervention as possible, allowing the character of each plot and grape variety to shine through.
